Check Air conditioning Service managers were great but the issue I made an appointment for was not fixed/corrected. In addition, one of the services I wanted done was not completed (Tire Rotation) managers said it wasn't on the work order? I have a copy of the work order...emailed to me as a confirmation of my services day before my appointment? I waited for 2 hours for them just to top off my coolant...bit too long for really nothing being completed? Overall I wasn't satisfied since I sat there for 2 hours

Fast and pleasant Mark Laird always makes us feel welcome and he is a pleasure to deal with. He is the reason we have purchased our 2nd new vehicle at Fermans. Also, the staff is accommodating and makes us feel comfortable whenever we return for service.

Overall awesome experience. I live out of state and found a suburban online and got in touch with the dealership and Phillip Marchitelli helped me get into the car with no issues. When we went to set up delivery and shipping the company that was going to ship the car had a scheduling conflict and couldn't meet the time frame. Phillip knew we needed it and made it happen.
