Got it done Was very apprehensive when I came in to purchase a new truck had been to other dealers and not at all happy, Phil took the time to figure out what I wanted although they didn’t have it in stock he found it, had it brought in. I now have exactly what I want and completely satisfied. I recommend you come seen them when you are ready to purchase a new Chevrolet. Thanks guys

Engine problems Tony Lang went over everything that needed to be done in detail. Once they started repairs he gave me approximate completion date. As work was progressing he kept me up to date. Car was completed before his estimated completion date. Tony was great to work with and I would recommend him without reservation to others.

. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from Ferman. A++ This our 3rd purchase at Ferman because of the excellent service. It was a no hassel purchase with very knowledgable salesman with special truck order.

Great service as always I have been using Ferman service for 20 plus years!! Billy’s guys and gals are the best they keep you informed of your repairs as you go so there is know surprises at time of pick up I use them for both my personal and business vehicles

Highly recommend Took our car there after an accident. Great service. Everyone we dealt with was friendly. They handled paperwork and billing through the other guys insurance. Car looks great. Highly recommend Ferman Collision.

Great customer service Everyone there is friendly, great customer service. I wish they could give a lilttle more on our trade in but other than that it’s a good place.

Knowledgable, courteous Helpful but not pushy, their concern has always been what I want and need, not what they want to sell me. I had my previous car expertly serviced there for years. When I bought my new vehicle, I found the same customer oriented personnel in sales as in service. I now own a new vehicle, perfect for my needs, bought at a good price, and confident it will serve me many years thanks to the service department.
