Great Experience Drove up from Naples, Florida to get a great deal on a Certified Pre-owned Camaro. Found it online, and the team was great at working with me from a distance to put the deal together, before I made the 150 mile drive. Phil also did a great job at taking time with me to walk me through all the features of the car and helping me get things set up so I could fully enjoy all my new car had to offer. Battery Replacement Our son’s Cruze began having problems starting. As always, we made an appointment with the Ferman Chevy Service Department. When we dropped off the car, Robert Marchido greeted us and he was very helpful and friendly. Robert was even kind enough to have the dealership’s shuttle service waiting for us to take us back to our home. “Sandy” was our shuttle service driver. The shortest and most pleasant car shopping Me and my husband went just to look for a new truck we ended leaving the dealership with the car that my husband wanted . Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. This dealer's service facility is actually pleasant to visit. They always greet me and treat me with respect and professionalism. They check out my vehicle, make their recommendations for service and maintenance and then let me decide exactly what I want done. The pricing on services performed are reasonable and they have a very nice, clean, roomy, comfortable waiting lounge for my use while I wait for my vehicle to be serviced.
