Good quality work and nice staff. The communication could have been much better. However the car was fixed as stipulated by insurance. Would have liked to have a conversation about any additional cosmetic bodywork that I would like to have had done but was never given the opportunity because I wasn’t sure what was Pre-or post accident. good work, just not good communication in my opinion even with leaving messages for a call back. Been a customer for five years This dealership is a family to me. They have always taken upmost care of me as a Veteran. Honored and fixed each issue wether in or out of warranty. Great Customer Service. Salesman and was Awesome Kyle our sales man made our experience great. We told him what we were looking for and when we came to the dealership he had cars ready for us to look at. This is our 4th car that we purchased from The dealership and every experience has been better than the last.

Painless Experience It was the easiest purchase I've ever made for a vehicle. The car was a 2017 Equinox LS which looked like a new car. Our salesman, Kyle Steiger, was polite, knowledgeable and he answered all our questions. The whole process to buy the vehicle and head home with the car only took a little over 3 hours. Also the price for the vehicle was more than fair and there was no pressure to buy. Overall a great experience. I'll definitely go back to Ferman Chevrolet to look for my next vehicle.

Impressive Customer & Tech Service! I was down and had to be towed in, but Shannon’s cheerful disposition picked me right up. Then, she called just a few hours later said it was already diagnosed AND repaired! WHOA! Very impressive! Well done Ferman Chevy team!! Very Professional Although I don't have to use this Tarpon Springs location because I live in Tampa, I do because they have always been very professional. They also do not fix what doesn't require it. This makes a huge difference to me as someone who has experience in car repairs.
