Normal car service Appointment was for 3:45PM. Service took at least an hour. I was the last customer waiting. Appointments are now scheduled at a sister dealership about 30 miles away. Information (current address) given them was not available at service appointment. Service manager had to update address.

Fast service We contacted Joe and within a day we made the 3 hour trip to the dealership. It was everything he had described it to be. Filled out all the paperwork and within an hour or so we were driving away with our new vehicle. He was extremely helpful and friendly.

Great service, quick too. I went for a routine oil change, which went well. After there service I had to take my car back to have my tires balanced. The service department did this free of charge, and my car is running perfectly...thanks!
