Great service experience, parts are over-priced The service experience was exceptional. The personnel were friendly, well-informed and helpful. Collison Center Unfortunately my daughter had an accident but the collision center was there for me. Bill was polite & efficient. He got my car repaired quickly & was back on the road in no time. They had even beautifully detailed my car!! I would very highly reccommend Ferman Chevy in Tarpon Springs.

great service My normal service writer was busy. I received excellent care from The lady at the 3rd from right 2 from left desk. I should have gotten her name. She went over and above to help me. I had my grandchildren with. What a professional and so pleasant. I would recommend her to everyone. She's more than a 5 star. Her name was Shannon.

The BEST dealer, service department, and collision repair! Bought husband 'new' used car, FANTASTIC car, great financing (Thank You, Steve)! Got into a wreck in my car, they dealt quickly and efficiently with insurance on Thanksgiving weekend. Also worked with me on a loaner car until mine was ready (Thank You, MIKE!!) Super great people in the whole organization. (And not to be snippy, but Ferman Tampa was on my "NOT" list for >10 years!, so I was skeptical!)
