Battery Replacement Our son’s Cruze began having problems starting. As always, we made an appointment with the Ferman Chevy Service Department. When we dropped off the car, Robert Marchido greeted us and he was very helpful and friendly. The shortest and most pleasant car shopping Me and my husband went just to look for a new truck we ended leaving the dealership with the car that my husband wanted . The best experience that we had going in to a dealership. The employees were very professional and polite from the time we step in to the time we left. Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. This dealer's service facility is actually pleasant to visit. They always greet me and treat me with respect and professionalism. They check out my vehicle, make their recommendations for service and maintenance and then let me decide exactly what I want done. The pricing on services performed are reasonable and they have a very nice, clean, roomy, comfortable waiting lounge for my use while I wait for my vehicle to be serviced.

Always Great Service I always take my Sonic to this location. I never have to wait too long and they always keep me informed of the status of my vehicle. I don’t feel pressured to purchase more than what I went in for, but they keep me informed of things I may have to do soon.

New purchase - 2018 Traverse I recently purchased a new 2018 Traverse and the guest relations manager, Dan Foster, was great. No pressure sales. We actually 'searched' around and came back to Ferman's because we (my wife and I) were totally impressed with Ferman's showroom and Dan's easy approach. We would highly recommend Ferman's.
