Pleasantly surprised I am replacing a car I loved ( 170000 miles and 15 year old Pontiac Vibe) but have been putting it off for a year- I checked reviews and asked around and even though there is a Chevy Dealer closer to my home I am glad I went to Ferman - Phil introduced himself in the lot where I was just wandering around trying to decide what size vehicle would meet my needs. Great salesman Inhad a great experience with Craig. He made sure i left happy with the deal i made. The obly inconvinience i had was with the finance department, when the ran my credit about 15 times!!!!!!!, lowering my score even more that it had to be. There is bo reason for ine oersons credit to be run multiple times! Rudiculous.

Excellent service staff. Seri department were all pleasant.Got a loaner very fast ..my breaks were done and than it was going over to collision for repair.They also had drinks and snacks available to there guests..

Car buying experience Very expierienced, knowledgeable and friendly staff, especially salesman Mark Laird who took care of all my needs including the perfect Silverado that I wanted along with my add ons that I wanted through the service dept! I also admired the fact that there was never any pressure put on me to buy the vehicle right away or else . Dealer Repair I recently made an appointment for servicing my vehicle due to what I assumed was an ABS brake problem. Expecting the worst possible I was shocked to find out it was a simple matter of resurfacing the rear rotors after diagnosis from the technician. I must say given the symptom that I was leery this problem was coming from the rear. Reluctantly I gave my approval since age has taken its toll on my ability to perform this services myself.
