Always professional and helpful Friendly staff and comfortable facilities. I never feel pressured to have extra work or maintenance performed on my car. Always delivers what is promised. I had a big problem shortly after purchase but no problem getting it sorted out.

Highly recommend My entire experience from the initial purchase until the end was outstanding. Keith Quackenbush who was my primary salesman did his job and was very knowledgeable about the pickup. The sales manager Chance Hatcher was also very helpful in many ways answering any questions that I had. A few days later when we discovered the radio was not working properly Chance and the General Manager John Reece both did what was needed to make sure that I was satisfied with the replacement radio. Best car dealership experience! Ferman Chevy gave me the best experience I’ve ever had. Joe was helpful, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. It didn’t feel like he pressured me like most dealerships or car salesmen do. He gave me the very best deal I could have gotten on my brand new Chevy Malibu. I would recommend him to anybody!
