Service on Denali 2500 HD Very satisfied with the service as requested and especially happy with the additional work needed and noticed by the team. Brand new wipers purchased and installed at a local auto parts store almost fell off which in a rain storm would have been dangerous and damaging to the windshield and replaced with the proper ones, thanks for noticing that. Also had the truck detailed and did a great job which does not always happen on a large vehicle like that, will certainly go back to Ferman for that again.

99 Surburban Overall the experience has been excellent; I gave a Four Star because the Surburban recently has had a go back to address a problem that was not recently repaired. The vehicle is twenty years old so not sure whether it is vehicle familiarity or parts. However, we will be looking for a newer vehicle in 2019; Ferman Chevrolet will be our dealer of choice.
