My Car Buying Experience I had an excellent buying experience at Ferman Chevrolet. I had called in advance and knew I would meet Norman the following day. He let me know the suburban I wanted to look at was still on the lot. Got there test drove it. Did the paperwork. Norman educated me about everything on my new ride. It really was a very pleasant car buying day !!!

Problem with the radio They had a very nice customer service but my radio wasn't fixed I have to go back again........ they told me that was very easy to fix my radio just they had to update some application but still don't work

Prompt & Painless Experience I drove all the way from Miami with a specific used vehicle in mind. Sales representative Mark Laird stayed in touch with me over the week or so that it took me to schedule my visit. He was prepared when I arrived and after a test drive and inspection we were able to promptly close the deal. I was very happy with the vehicle and the fair price which I received.
