false Information on dealer website and from sales team The vehicle I purchased was advertised on dealer website as "Certified pre-owned" (it is NOT). The sales rep sent me an "e-price" that included the false information. No one at the dealer would accept responsibility for either. The vehicle was missing a part on the air filter housing. The sales rep tried multiple times to tell me that there was not a missing part and, long story short, there WAS and I asked them to fix that, they did. Satisfaction We have taken our cat to Ferman for service since we bought it from them. They do what they say they will do and then some. If there is a problem , they fix it. We have always left Ferman happy with our car and the service the people provide !!!

best service yet from all dealerships this was a great concern to me as my headlights were nearly "blind" from road film. It was fixed to my satisfaction and then some and then some. good liking dealership, very friendly people I will be back for service again ALSO very reasonably priced compared to others I have dealt with(this is not a be back comment)
