Usual excellent service I have been a Chevy customer for over 13 years. I have purchased and serviced my cars at Ferman Chevrolet of Tarpon Springs. For the last few years my Service Advisor is Rob .He knows me by name and ALWAYS is pleasant and accommodating even when I don't have an appointment. When waiting on vehicle he provides updates as to arrival of parts, how long it will take, etc.

New car Norman was a great rep and made sure I knew everything and worked to make sure I got what was best for me.
