Fair and honest people!! From the moment I walked into the Ferman Chevrolet service department, I was treated as an old and valued customer. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation and decided to stay at the dealership while my work was performed. It took a bit longer than I was told but I was able to sit in a comfortable and ultra clean environment while I waited. Seat cushion under warrenty So had defect in my 2019 Silverado drivers seat. The took pictures,and got the repair approved. Part didnt come in before I had to leave. Your service people are awesome

This time they went above and beyond At the time of the purchase of my vehicle in December of 2018, the finance guy sold us additional tires/rims insurance. He really didn't properly explain the details of what this insurance covers. We were under the impression that it covers everything on the tires and the rims. Recently, I noticed that there are some dings/scratches on two rims. Amazing First Car Experience I was looking for a high fuel econ vehicle for my first car. After having a pretty bad experience at another major dealership in the area(and frankly having a lot of my time wasted), my brother and I decided to walk the used car lots of other dealerships in the area(and avoid salesmen) to look for deals.
