Jeff Hutchinson, the salesman, was a “10”! Got me into a GM! Jeff Hutchison, my sales man , was a definite “10 “! Found me a GMC Yukon in great shape and reasonable priced. Went out of his way and found the extra key and fob for the vehicle. Thanks!

Great experience all the way around! Hands down the best dealership experience I've ever had! Fast and flexible all through the process. We got the deal we wanted, in our timeframe. Norman was a great help in sales, very friendly and knowledgable. Charlie got us everything we wanted in the finance office too. Five stars all aound you guys, truly.

Purchase or 2016 Tacoma I’m extremely happy with my decision to purchase a 2016 Tacoma from from John LaGreca at Ferman Chevrolet.They went the extra mile for me working out all the details before I even arrived at the Dealership.John and his mgr Kyle along with Steve in the business office were all true professionals.Although the dealership was a 2 hour drive for me.They made it worth the drive with the deal they offered on both my trade in and Truck I purchased.

Way too long for what service required We are happy with Ferman Chevrolet Service for the most part. However, to spend 2.5 hours for oil change and tire rotation and have a couple of items checked out was too long. Environment is pleasant. We know we could have been driven home and appreciate that knowledge. However, we never thought we would be there that long. We had an 11:30 appointment and left after 2 pm. Amazing Customer Service!! My 16 y/o daughter had a concern about her car while driving to school. I was no where near her to help in person. I was able to contact Tony Lang, my Service Advisor, for the last several years. He was able to put me at ease about the service item and scheduled my daughter to come in to have the vehicle looked at the same day. Nothing ended up being wrong with my daughter’s vehicle, but Tony took time explaining things about the car and how to be safe to my daughter. He discovered a nail in one of... read more

Oil change and tire rotation Service was timely and associates were very nice. This service center and waiting room in clean, Doughnuts and coffee is a nice unexpected treat. Great experience.

They Helped me remain a Chevy man Billy M the service manager was very helpful and is awesome to work with.. Pat my salesman was easygoing and help me find what I needed. He comunacted with me and made me feel part of the team. . Steve K sales manager was excellent he exaplaind my cost and financing. He did not rush me like the other sales manager. I liked that. Pryor to this I was feed up with the Chevy truck a Had now I have a better out look. Cheers
