Decent deal. My friend recommended this dealership so I drove over 25 miles to check it out. Came up with a very decent lease agreement on the vehicle I liked and was told I could drive the new vehicle home that day. Only disappointment is the vehicle was missing the SIM card. Since I wanted to add pinstriping and had already agreed to return for that keeps that from being a MAJOR disappointment.

Fast, friendly and professional. I have used Ferman Chevrolet's service department for several years and found them to be upfront and honest about what I needed done and the things they recommended. Based on that experience I purchased a new Chevy from them and found their sales team easy to deal with. They are friendly, professional and willing to work with you in negotiating a fair trade in and new vehicle price.

Wonderful car buying experience Chance and Bogie helped us find a car that fit the needs of our family and worked with our budget. Chance worked true miracles to get us a monthly payment that didn’t break the bank. He is a wonderful, honest and real human being. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him. Bogie who also worked with us is another honest and real guy who made the whole experience enjoyable and smooth. Would recommend any family and friends to go see them for their next car purchase.

Awesome Experience I drove two and a half hours to look at a car that they had for sale. From the moment that we drove onto the lot to the moment that we drove off of the lot with our new car we experienced nothing but excellent service. Bogi took care of us every step of the way. Charlie worked hard to get us the best possible interest rate he could. Our overall experience was A+. We highly recommend this dealership and we will be repeat customers in the future.

Best customer service We went in to look at a car and were greeted by Norman Alfonso which helped us through the whole processes and gave us the best deal we were able to find, along with the financing manager, Norman was able to do everything we wanted and helped us get to a great price. Very appreciative of everything they did for us. Top of the class dealership.

Courteous and efficient service! I called twice during my stay in Florida (I’m from Pennsylvania) to have service performed on my car. Both times I was scheduled promptly and the work didn’t take very long. What impressed me most of all was the friendly manner of all the service people with whom I came in contact.
