Body shop repair I dropped my car off at Ferman Chevrolet in Tarpon Springs to be fixed from an accident I got into. The process took longer than they anticipated at first but were very informative and kept me updated during the whole process. Matt was my advisor and even got me a rental car for the last day when it went over the estimated repair time. Everyone that helped me there was very polite and professional and if/when I need work on my car again I will bring it there!

A big to-do list completed in a quality manner I had a big list of 100k maintenance work that needed to be completed. It was completed in a quality fashion and the car was returned to me looking better than when I left it.

Great experience. Phil and everyone at Ferman were great. Always available to answer my questions, and a pleasure to work with. They made experience of buying a new vehicle very memorable. I highly recommend.

Everything was great! Service, timely, workmanship! All gr This was the best experience I ever had with a collision center! it’s never a good thing when your car is up at the closure and center. The staff was so friendly courteous and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! I would prefer the collision center to anybody that needs to have the car repaired .

Great overall experience. I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with buying a new Silverado from here. Joe was great and everyone from sales and finance were committed to helping me find the perfect fit for what i wanted in a new truck. Never felt any pressure to add features or services i did not need. I highly reccomend this dealership if you are looking for a fair deal on a great Chevy.

Totally satisfied, they far exceeded our expectations. We had an intermittent problem were our car would go dead after being shut off for a short period of time, two to three hours. It became a safety concern, to us to a point we were afraid to shut the car off, except at home. After getting it to Ferman Chevrolet they quickly determined the battery was in fact causing the problem, They replaced it willingly and cheerfully.
