Impressive Customer & Tech Service! I was down and had to be towed in, but Shannon’s cheerful disposition picked me right up. Then, she called just a few hours later said it was already diagnosed AND repaired! WHOA! Very impressive! Well done Ferman Chevy team!! Very Professional Although I don't have to use this Tarpon Springs location because I live in Tampa, I do because they have always been very professional. They also do not fix what doesn't require it. This makes a huge difference to me as someone who has experience in car repairs.

Bending over backwards to help! The day before Thanksgiving the battery in my 2016 Silverado let me down.. My service advisor got me taken care of and my oil changed too. Bravo!

Absolutely blown away Absolutely amazing sales team bogi did an amazing job presenting the vehicle to me making sure that we had something to drink if we were thirsty an extremely clean dealership well done absolutely blew my mind especially with me being around the car business for over 25 years I was very impressed including my father who’s been doing it for over 35 years as a new and used car manager
