Great service I think Ferman Chevrolet is a class act from the front door all the way to the back door. I tried Wesley Chapel chevy and was very disappointed. Ferman for life now!

Average Typical dealership, the car we called about, did not have everything as per conversation on the phone and in the ad on the website. Prices clearly marked on the vehicles, don’t apply, some are more $ , some are less $ . This dealership definitely tries to steer you to what they want to sell you, regardless of what you would prefer. I really feel sorry for mr Ferman, he’s going to go broke, I was told they were losing money selling our vehicle at agreed price. Above and Beyond We had an urgent triip scheduled from Florida to Rhode Island, and the vehicle I had wouldn't have made me feel safe. We spoke with Jeff the day before we went to the dealership, explaining what I needed, at what cost, etc. When we met with Jeff Hutchinson, he had chosen one car that best met our needs and perameters. My Car Buying Experience I had an excellent buying experience at Ferman Chevrolet. I had called in advance and knew I would meet Norman the following day. He let me know the suburban I wanted to look at was still on the lot. Got there test drove it. Did the paperwork. Norman educated me about everything on my new ride. It really was a very pleasant car buying day !!!

Always the best service, won’t go away ware else. Ferman of Tarpon Springs is the only place I purchase and have service done. The associates, weather its sales, service or parts are a cut above other dealerships. I’m Always Greeted and reconized by several associates. Service good, overall not happy Asked for truck wash with my service, got it, not very good, was not pleased. Far as I know the service was done proper, wash???
