So good I bought two cars in one week! I offered to buy each of my two sisters a used car so they immediately set out on their search. One of them called me the next day and had found a car she was interested in at Ferman in Tarpon Springs so we headed up there. Purchased new vehicle The sales rep was straight forward cutting out all of the back and forth work typically involved in purchasing a vehicle. She also helped me get a dent squared away that was noticed before pulling off the lot.

Chevy Pick -up My 2016 Chevy Silverado went to Ferman Chevrolet for repair of possible electrical/computer problems. I thought the truck would be there for two or three days, but it took 2 1/2 weeks,. before they could diagnosed and repair the problem. I have brought my truck for all service work there, so I was amazed on the length of time. My original service advisor seem never to be available, but the one advisor I was able to speak to was Tom, which I appreciate him stepping in to discussed the problem. Ferman Service Dept. Is Top-Notch! I came into the service department for my usual routine service. Tony advised me that the front brakes needed replacing on my '15 Cruze. I was in and out in just under hours. I trust Ferman for every service that I have done!

Call center and service Need people in house answering phones.hard to understand your call center. Never fixed my problem and had to return to fix tire repair put tire on inside out.
