Ferman Chevrolet of Tarpon Springs is the best Phil Marchitelli my salesman was very courteous very helpful explain everything to me even called and want to know if I had any questions I did he answer them all very well Tony Lang in service was there for the past two years with my Chevy Traverse and he is the reason I came back to buy a Chevy Blazer

Amazing people amazing experience From start to finish I dealt with professional and respectful staff, that were concerned about what I wanted and what my family needed. Definitely will be using them again. We drove 2.5 hrs and past 2 dozen other dealerships to come to this specific one.

Awesome sales experience with Phil Marchitelli This was my first new car buying experience. Phil Marchitelli was helpful through the whole process. He answered all my questions and made me fell very comfortable through the whole experience. I would recommend Ferman and Phil Marchitelli to anyone wanting a new car.

Headlight install On my way to the Clearwater jazz festival I noticed that one of my headlights was out. I stopped in on my way there. The service was quick and I was on the road shortly. I was very pleased with the efficiency and timeliness of their service.

I like a down-to-earth salesman I was not shopping around because I went there knowing what I wanted. Norman helped me out and I liked him. First off, he did not talk a lot, which was CRUCIAL to me. He did not upsale me but rather explained to me the options. The manual was missing and Norman said he would get one for me. I later learned that, rather than buying a used version from eBay, he ordered one from Amazon which was very nice of him. Went in the dealership at 11:00 and left at 3:00. It was a very pleasant experience.

Oil Change I had an appointment for 10AM and never got out of there till after 11AM..thought when you had an appointment that was you were put first...??? maybe because mine was the first one I had a freebie it didn't count?? and I already did one of these surveys surprised you sent another...???

Car accident Car is in for repair at this time. I have had to use the body shop before and always was satisfied with there repair work.
