Fantastic Experience I decided I wanted to do all of my car shopping online and via email. Phil was quick to respond to all inquiries and accommodating to my shopping style. Very helpful I live in Ohio and my car malfunctioned while on vacation in Florida. They were courteous, punctual, and helpful. Even washed and vacuumed the car. The tire dressing was a very nice touch. I appreciate the details, thank you.

Oil change with no appointment My college son had come home and we were cleaning his car when I noticed he was over due for an oil change. After we were done I took his car to Ferman Chevy where I met Tony. I asked him if I could get and oil change with out an appoint. He went into the service garage to see how many were ahead of me. he came back with a time to complete the service and I was ok with waiting. They changed the oil and filter, rotated the tires and check everything so I was sure my son's car was safe to go back... read more

Professional and Fast!!! Got in at 3 PM and was out of the lot by 5 PM. I did my research online, so I just went in for a test drive. Told them the payment I want it and the money down I was willing to give. They make it happend in a flash. Very happy with this guys. Friendly and professional.
