Low tire pressure Upon arrival , the Service Manager, Billy Monteverdi, got in the car and turned the tire so another customer service rep could check if a nail might be in the tire . There was no mail , so he immodeobe it over to service area to fill and take a closer look. Trying to fill the tire showed a leak in the valve stem area . The new valve stem was fairly priced( mainly labor ) and the car was also given a Courtesy car wash.

Purchased Used Vehicle Excellent experience! Craig found me the pickup I wanted for the price I wanted to pay! I have had many car purchasing experiences that were extremely painful, this was quite the opposite. I will go to Ferman for all my future vehicle needs.
