Ingintion switch Had originally taken car to dimmit Chev. Not only did they not fix it , would not return my calls. Took it to Ferman and not only did they fix it, Tom and service crew were very nice and prompt with their service..

MY PURCHASE OF A NEW 2019 BLAZER I purchased a new chevy blazer yesterday at Ferman Chevy Tarpon Springs in Florida, My experience leasing this car was more than excellent! Everyone that I met was very pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. My sales representative Ms. Darcy Allen provided me with superior customer service and made the leasing process a wonderful experience! I will return to this dealership when I purchase or lease another vehicle!

professional, smooth and an enjoyable experience Thank you for the enjoyable experience of buying a truck. Your salesman, Bogi, showed us the available inventory, assessing what we were asking for. We found our truck and he explained all the "teckie" . accessories that came with the truck. Your staff made the "wheeling and dealing" short and rewarding. We will be back, when it's time to buy again and recommend Fermans to others

A customer service company that happens to sell cars. From walking in to the Dealership, followed by meeting and working with Darcy Allen in Sales and Franco Otiniano in Finance we were treated like Family. and somewhere along the way we did a deal to purchase a 2017 Silvarado. Thanks to every one at Ferman Chevrolet. We will be back.

I have bought several trucks from several different dealerships and this was by far the best. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and overall experience. Tracy and Chance were amazing. They made the process easy and comfortable throughout and made sure that everything was taken care of. It's nice to deal with people that care and take their jobs seriously. I plan on having this truck for a long time but I will definitely be back when its time for a new one. P.S. thanks again for the pens
