Incredible service and sales We have purchased two cars from them, and will, again. I walked in with parameters - what we needed and what we could pay. They put it in writing and asked me to sign that, if they could do it, I would buy it. Not a contract, but just to show that I was serious. They did exactly what I needed and it was a pleasure. Arrived two days early; couldn't have worked out any better Scheduled service for Saturday, got a nail in my tier Wed evening, took my car in Thursday morning; 10:30AM tire/oil/car all's well! Needed a ride to get my car; they sent their driver, couldn't have asked for a nicer young lady. Thank you all for such an easy process out of life's little issues.

It was not too bad of an experience. I did walk out at one point, and got in my current truck to leave. Once they realized I was serious about my request being honored, or I wouldnt purchase the truck I wanted to buy, they agreed to the deal. So far, I am very pleased with my new (used) truck.

I was very pleased with the experience I had at Ferman. My salesman was IMO top notch. I made my decision of purchasing my vehicle after I tested it for 24hrs. I noticed a couple of Mark's on the exterior and it was addressed right away. One of the spots will need more detailed attention and it was noted that I would receive a loaner while they fixed mine. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my salesman and expierance.

What a wonderful experience Im very pleased with the Ferman Chevy! I am a first time car buyer and they did everything they could to get me into a vehicle. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was told my 100 day warranty wouldn't cover some issues, later they told me they're covering them. Made me happy I recommend

Nobody wants to be involved in a car collision. But facing that with Dave Zilly in the Collision Department was a blessing. Dave assured us that the vehicle would look like new when it was finished. During the whole time it was being repaired, he kept us apprised of the progress. As promised the vehicle looks like new. Thank you!

I’m extremely happy with everything! The process from Kyle Steger to Bogi was great. Bogi is a very polite and respectful guy, very pleasant demeanor and extremely helpful. Bogi is what every car sales professional should be. This man genuinely understands customer service and Ferman is lucky to have him.
