Good work , polite and cortious. Ride furnished both ways. Very satisfied. Would come again. Body shop people courteous done good work have nothing else to say to fill in you silly rule. Says I need more to say. Warranty work so I cannot say about price

Great Experience This is our second vehicle from Ferman Cheverolet. Charlie & Phil were great to work with during our purchase. We would definitely go back and recommend. Everything was ready when we got there signed and delivered.

Fair and honest people!! From the moment I walked into the Ferman Chevrolet service department, I was treated as an old and valued customer. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation and decided to stay at the dealership while my work was performed. It took a bit longer than I was told but I was able to sit in a comfortable and ultra clean environment while I waited. Seat cushion under warrenty So had defect in my 2019 Silverado drivers seat. The took pictures,and got the repair approved. Part didnt come in before I had to leave. Your service people are awesome

This time they went above and beyond At the time of the purchase of my vehicle in December of 2018, the finance guy sold us additional tires/rims insurance. He really didn't properly explain the details of what this insurance covers. We were under the impression that it covers everything on the tires and the rims. Recently, I noticed that there are some dings/scratches on two rims. Extra Mile I stopped by on the way home from a non deal at Castriota,sorry guys, and this beautiful mustang seemed to fit what we were looking for.It was Sunday April 28th at around 415 p.m. I checked the price on the web it was right on with KBB. awesome experience. The customer service when i visited was awesome for me being a first time buyer i was really nervous and Joe made me feel comfortable he did not try to upsale me or pressure me into buying something i did not need which was incredible i would definitely recommend him as the guy you want to have be your sales person. We had an excellent experience (again)! Chance, Bogi, and Charlie are the best and the dealership is the best around. We exchanged 3 vehicles for 2 (2108 Camaro and 2018 Silverado) will be back! Bogi was unfailingly courteous and helpful and Chance was awesome as well.
