Premere Local Chevy Dealership / Service Center Ferman exceeded expectations. I had a complicated recall on my 2020 HD Pickup. They did the repairs, did as much pre-work as possible prior to me bringing in my vehicle, their paintwork was impeccable and had a great attitude while doing the update. They accommodated me by finding a suitable loaner and really minimized the inconvenience of the repair. Thank you and a job well done!

Advertised new car. Wasn't informed it was a gm loaner until I got in for test drive. Detailing was incomplete after purchase and had to return next day to finish detailing
