Awesome experience Eveyone was very helpful and very engageing in being part of my experience. If it wasn't for Kathy Szala I probably would not have driven over 20 miles to buy this car. She stayed right on top of things. Mark Laird was as well very professional and caring. He as well made experience one to remember. We had a few laughs. Ferman of tarpon springs I will definitely recommend to anyone I know in looking for a car.

New Tires I needed new tires for my Colorado worked with Tire Rack and Ferman. Less than 48 hours from ordering tires to driving out of Ferman with them on. I don't think you can expect any better than that!! I did not have to pay for any shipping cost. Ferman took about an hour to get tires on truck. It was great service!!

Best car buying experience EVER! Kyle and Dan were awesome. Even though I am a very discriminating customer, these guys were patient and understanding. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable about all cars not just CHEVROLET. He can help you make an informed purchase. I will definitely buy from these guys again. The finance guy got us an even better rate than our credit union and that I thought couldn’t be done. Merry Christmas and we are so happy with our High Country 2020 Traverse

Outstanding Experience all the way around Called the dealership. Spoke with Phil who ended up being my salesman. Phil had the car I was interested in parked in VIP Parking. I was able to look the vehicle over for a moment then I was greeted by Phil. The entire transaction was smooth and pleasant. Because I knew what I wanted when I arrived at the dealer and had done my research, both sides of this transaction went very smoth

Return and release of vehicle Unbelievably upfront-conscientious - friendly - trustworthy - presentable and knowledgeable sales people and financial services. Dealership had ample product in all varieties. It was extremely clean and presentable with excellent waiting, refreshment and restroom facilities. Probably one of the best car purchasing experiences ever‼️
