Stephen J Rhodes I arrived at 8:05 for my 8:30 appointment; there was no further contact with me until I went to see the service advisor Steve. He went to check on my car and he said it was out for a road test. The car was returned to me, I went home, checked the car's coolant and there was no fluid in the overflow tank. I had to add a quart of antifreeze. This should have been done by the service center, not me.

no quick fix, but I was taken care of Well, I had a really really big and expensive service project on air conditioner. Car was left for 8 days, I was provided a loaner...when I picked it up...I had an immediate engine light next day .....car sent to pick me up, was given another loaner, and I picked up car the day after. All in all I feel they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied...these things are bound to happen....in the end, I am OK
