Warranty Broad car in for warranty work. Dealer would not furnish car while my car was being worked on. Offered shuttle service. Waited over 1 hour before ride home was was offered. Service guy never told me his name.

Transmission repair Transmission went out in my 01 Silverado, Robby was able to assist me with a quote prior to installation, as well as a $250 rebate from GM. A month down the road and still works flawlessly. Piece of mind given knowing I now have a 3 year warranty for the new tranny.
