Great Experience Phil & the finance guy (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) were very patient with us and did not rush us through any part of the process. It was late, we were all tired and would have preferred to be home, but they stayed to make sure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Phil even came to our house to pick up our trade-in vehicle.
