Was recently there to have 6month checkup service done on car. Basically check oil , tires rotated and stuff. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. I enjoyed having my car serviced there. Nice , quiet n enjoyed reading my book while waiting for my car to be completed. Really nice people at this dealership. Will be back for next service on car. I am pleased with the service it received, my check engine light came on over the weekend and the suv would stall out. I called on Monday am are I was able to bring the car in and it was fixed quickly.

Premere Local Chevy Dealership / Service Center Ferman exceeded expectations. I had a complicated recall on my 2020 HD Pickup. They did the repairs, did as much pre-work as possible prior to me bringing in my vehicle, their paintwork was impeccable and had a great attitude while doing the update. They accommodated me by finding a suitable loaner and really minimized the inconvenience of the repair. Thank you and a job well done!
