clean, everyone makes sure your taking care of and happy. the dealership is clean ,every one makes you feel comfortable. the show floor is very appealing . and rick hicks was willing to go to my house to show us how to work the navigating system.

Recall work only. Also tr CRT rd I cane in for a recall on my sons truck. They worked us in and performed the recall. One of my tires needing air and they took ot and put in the air. I.bring my truck here for all service work.

Best experience I have ever had I have had some bad experiences in the past with dealerships but Ferman Chevy in tarpon springs was amazing. They were able to get me a new Trax. I dealt with Rick and he was great.

Small car but great experiance We needed a small car to tow behind our RV, we were thinking the Chevy Spark was an option but were not looking for a new car however its low price and great warranty convinced us to go with the Spark as it is fun to drive and has more airbags than you would believe possible. Phil was 0% pressure to make the deal, was 100% courteous and 200% professional in making sure the experience was quick and efficient.

Awesome I have never been able to say buying a car was fun but now I can. Rick Hicks and the entire Team are fantastic. Rick explained everything feature of the car and was an absolute champion getting me the Price within my budget. I would highly recommend Rick and Fermans. Best experience ever.
