My only issues with the service department is the roll-n-lock cover they installed still doesn't work correctly after 3 warranty visits. Each time I'm told I'm told something different as to what the problem is. I've come to the conclusion that they're just buying there time with me. Once the cover is out of warranty I'm sure they'll tell me to pound sand and it's no longer their problem. I've had no issues with regular service on my new truck.
