"Ferman Buick GMC Service Experience" I took my Equinox in for regular maintenance including oil change and tire rotation. I also opted for a more thorough inspection of my SUV in preparation of a long road trip. "Service" I had a regular oil change and I felt an issue with the gears in my GMC Terrain. The service guys were so helpful and did all the could do to figure out the issue I was having. Luckily nothing turned out. They also made me laugh while I was there. Thank you Ty for all your help! You always do a great job when I come to service my car. I really appreciate it! "Better work " Your performance could been better. When the car was drop off it was clean inside and outside. When I pickup the car the inside was with stains on the driver seat outside was not clean properly. Plus I indicated some imperfections. I am not happy

""Same day Service"" Check engine came on, called Service for a possible same day appointment and they were able to schedule me in. Upon arrival, Ty was quick to get my car back to the mechanic and even better it was covered under warranty. Truly appreciate the great customer service from Ty and service work done on my Acadia. "Professional and on time as promised" Came in for the regular first oil change and safety inspection. Was surprised this came with a courtesy free car wash which was desperately needed since we had just returned from a trip through the mountains. Everyone was very professional and the vehicle was returned in the time frame promised.
