He was extremely courteous, professionally, and explained everything so that I would understand. Jason is the very definition of "Hard worker" and any company would be proud to have him. Professional, friendly, reasonably priced. It took less than 2.5 hours on a Friday afternoon from initial phone call to unit being repaired and heat back on. Technician Kelly Jones was great! We will definitely be using Gainesville Mechanical in the future and highly recommend them!
