Gainesville Mechanical put in a new heat and air system for me in February of this year. When we got to the summer months, I started having a condensation issue. Even though it was not Gainesville Mechanical‘s problem, they came and checked it out several times for me. The end result was that I really needed to have the crawlspace encapsulated to cut out any humidity problems. I did this, and this did take care of the situation. I would just like to say thank you to Gainesville Mechanical for steering me in the right direction, and for always being there when I needed them. I do have the annual maintenance agreement with them, which is great, and I will continue to use them in the future. Gainesville Mechanical is a great company! Thanks so much for all your help in my situation. From the person that took my calls, Jennifer, to Sergio coming out and checking on things, thanks so much!
