I've been a Gainesville Mechanical customer for MANY years. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Last week I had to give them a call to replace the capacitor on my A/C unit. Technician Mike Napier did an excellent job to get us back up and running.
What a great company. We have had so many people in the past rip us off and over charge us to boot and they did not. I cannot thank you enough and Lance was very fast, super friendly and honest. You have become the one we will always use and I will refer people to you!!! Thank you so much for being an honest company!!!
Had plumbing problems - two different ones over the course of a couple of weeks. Steve Dockery came out promptly and fixed everything. Steve is courteous, efficient and obviously knows what he is doing - a real professional! We are very impressed and will use Gainesville Mechanical again as well as recommending them to family and friends.

I just had my annual inspection by Gainesville Mechanical by a young man named Keith. He was very prompt and professional. These people are the best I have used and I have been thru a few.
I called them at 7 am and Jeff called right back and was here by 7:40 and fixed by 8:20. Thank you, Gainesville Mechanical. I’ve been a customer for years and will be for many more.
Yesterday in the pouring rain I popped my tire and pulled into the YMCA to assess the damage and a very nice guy named Jonathan that works for Gainesville mechanical fixed it and wouldn't take anything for doing so. Made my day to know people still do nice things out there for others.

My husband called them at 1:15 pm and the technician came in a very timely manner and had our AC working wonderfully and was gone by 3:30 pm . Also he fixed problem and did not try to sell us a new system or anything!! Job well done and we will be recommending them in the future!! Thank you so much for wonderful service!!
