Excellent experience at Ferman Volvo from start to finish! James answered all my questions and showed me several vehicles to make sure I found the one for me.
The front office service personnel were very professional. The repairs were completed in a very timely manner. The reason for the downgrade and lack of recommendation is the mechanic left grease marks all over the inside of my car in the area where they worked. Not appreciated.
We purchased a vehicle through Ferman Volvo on Saturday and we’re very pleased with our purchase. Mike K was great and very knowledgeable throughout our purchase. We would definitely do business with them again.

When you run routine maintenance it would be helpful if you reset the safety settings back where I had them. I’d also love it if the car was clean when I picked it up.
Dealership was very efficient. No loaners available, but did give me shuttle service which was a huge help and my car was ready same day! Shuttle driver was super nice and made me feel very comfortable. People at desk were super friendly and easy to talk to. Only thing still a message on notifications that I can’t get rid of on dashboard. Same thing happened last time.
Michael Kashtan, sales manager, provided very good service when we purchased a new Volvo XC40.
