They have always been good to me and go out of their way to help. Matt is the best.
We were on our way home when our air conditioning went out. It was almost 5 pm we were near Ferman Volvo. We stopped by to see if any one could look at our air conditioner. Matt the service manager came out and looked at it since the mechanics were gone. Felt the compressor was bad the temperature was over ninety degrees. We had another hour get home . He got us a loaner so we could get home in comfort. They worked on our car the next day ordered the parts and had it fixed it the next day. I call that great service.
This is my 3rd Volvo I have purchased from Ferman. Both service and sales keeps me a loyal customer.
They were helpful in checking oil levels and confirming the leak repair has been fixed, and provided a minor repair free of charge (car charger was no longer working, fixed the fuse).

Service advisor was very professional and courteous. Answered all my questions. My only recommendation is that a timeframe be provided upfront for the service.

Service advisors are great, workmanship is well executed. The only 2 negatives are the conditions of the actual dealership. Waiting area is less that acceptable. The other issue is the amount of calls and texts after the service. If I have an issue I able completely capable of calling. I do not need multiple calls asking how my service experience went.
