Courteous, polite, knowledgeable Clean area. Josh did a great job showing me how the inside of the car works.
Everything went well with my 70K check-up. At 60K In Minnesota, I was told that I would need rear brake pads. I don’t know if the tech even looked at my brakes as I was not given a 70K read- out of my inspection if one was preformed at all. Tire rotation? Air pressure?
Purchased my 3rd Volvo from Ferman. My new xc60 needed service for the air conditioning system. Average customer service this visit. I had to call to see if my car was ready. It was not cleaned, as it has been with my other service appointments with previous vehicles. I signed no paperwork saying what was serviced.
The service center is clean and the employees are always friendly. The quality of work is always excellent.
Nice people, very clean, but used cars should always be negotiable. Especially when there's no guarantee.
They are communicative about what needs to done and what does not. It was very easy to get an appointment.
