"Damaged splash pan." The service desk at Volvo is always willing to help at a moments notice. I know what the problem is and what it will cost. When making an appointment, I am asked if I need transportation.

Then at the end I get my car clean and looking brand new .service is great! And kudus to the auto mechanics!

"Very happy" We drove 2.5 hours (vs. 1 to a closer dealer) to get to Ferman and were very happy we did. They were able to accomplish a lot of work in a short period, figure out a strange battery message that had stumped our local mechanic, and install door locks (recall issue) that arrived at the last minute so we wouldn't have to drive back. :-)

We were dealing with alot of dealerships and most were hours away from us and German being one of them but he helped with all questions I had and even exceeded them with any more I had when we arrived in person.
