"I drive out of my way for great service at Ferman Volvo" Received great service from Sharon and the staff. Scheduled an appointment and there was minimal wait time. Received an estimate prior to authorizing the repairs, and the work was done quickly and within the estimate. Friendly staff, nice facility and complimentary beverages and snack. A top notch service experience, including a complimentary car wash.

"Excellent service worth the drive from Tampa " Allan was very patient in explaining the different options of colors and add on packages we were asking about on the phone and online. It was one of the reasons we decided to make the drive. Steve clearly explained all details and listened to what we wanted about the vehicle, took the time to get the car from the parking lot. "Excellent service provided by Sharon and Matt." Sharon and Matt are the true face that makes Ferman Volvo a great service center. They should receive a share of all sales commissions because they have the personal contact with the buyers. Because of them that is why I have purchased or leased 4 Volvos for over 15 years.

"Excellent car buying experience...." Steve Hanson worked tirelessly to get us the price that would work with our budget. He reworked the numbers with the sales manager to get us to a price that worked. I visited 2 other Volvo dealers and neither of them worked as hard to earn my business as Steve and Ferman Volvo did..
