just called and needed a part I'm in Panama City but I have family there I guess I could go visit and get my part instead Bob wagner told me "hey I can ship it to you" I said really well let's do it he was so helpful as the local part store and amazon carry the wrong part but say it fits my 2011 Clubman S, Bob made my day today helpful and friendly!!!! Fantastic customer support. Sara Griffith was the sales representative. We ordered the car from the factory and she kept us up to date on it's progress. When I came to pick the car up she made the experience enjoyable. I recommend Fermin Mini and would purchase from them again.
