Love my Mini but every time I have to bring it in for service I am treated terribly. I made an 8:15 appointment dropped my car off the night before as I live 100 miles from the dealership. Ferman sold my wife a tire protection plan for her mini cooper at a cost over over $1100.00 and have now replaced her tires with non runflat tires and are stating that she never had runflats on her car. Why would we spend $1100.00 on a tire protection plan for a $70.00 tire.
