First off I will give credit to Ryan, Dallas and Ivy for their professional attitude and willingness to help. Dallas stayed late ( past closing )as we drove from Green Cove Springs to Tampa to pickup the car. However it goes South very fast from here, I was given incorrect information in regards to car warranty, the next morning the car was idling abnormal and on the passenger side windshield there was a very noticeable chip. 2017 Countryman, 70k miles, having transmission issues. After some research I discover that it's common for the valve boby and solenoids to falter. Apprx $2,500. repair. Why with only 70mil does it need a $2,500. tran repair? So I call Ferman to see if it's still under warranty, I give the service rep the info, he says yes it's under warranty until April, bring it in we'll have a loaner for you in the morning. I took car in for Oil Change, was told needed brakes. Took to my mechanic brakes were fine. Not trustworthy
