I recently had a bad experience with this dealership. After posting my dislike I had a conversation with Chris The supervisor of the collision center. To make a long story short Chris has taken care of all my concerns and has gone above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and taken care of. I bought my 2014 mazda 6 3 years ago. Since then, almost every time I have been to this dealership I have had the pleasure of dealing with Sam in the service department. I love my car, but Sam will be the reason I go back to Mazda to get another car, hopefully when my wife's finally dies.
