Katisha and Irena were just awesome! Katisha helped me get everything I wanted in the Mazda CX-5 and I was able to stay within my budget. Irena helped us with all features inside the car and the app. Me and my husband had some recent bad experiences with other dealerships but Ferman Mazda really did give us the VIP treatment. Best part is we absolutely LOVE our new car!!!

Very helpful and not pushy.No numbers game. I knew what I wanted and looked online called was quoted a price and made an appointment to test drive. They even lowered the price a little because I came up from Parrish. Irena the sales person went out of her way to make sure I understood all the controls and instrument panels.A very pleasant deal with no hassles.
