This the 3rd. car we have leased from Ferman. All have been CX-5's. The treatment you receive from the time you walk in the door is exceptional. Sam in service is the bomb, always takes care us in a timely manor. Our salesman this time was Kevin, who, went over and above to find us the Sour Red CX-5 that my husband just HAD to have. From the start, Daniel Jackson greeted us and listened to what I needed. It was nice to have someone listen and ask questions in stead of going into sales pitches. He let us take the CX-5 for a test drive and was helpful explaining all the new safety features the car had to offer. He worked closely with Braxton Simmons to get exactly what I wanted in this model and gave us a more than fair price for my trade-in.
