I was very pleased that Mr. Cooper listened to my description of the strange behavior I was experiencing with the air conditioning system in my one month old '22 Dodge Challenger purchased from Ferman Dodge, and his staff fixed the issue by replacing a malfunctioning humidity sensor. Oil change was done in a timely manner & pricing was given for replacement of front wipers. Brian was friendly and communicated well.
