I was thankful for Michael, who was able to show me a serious problem that was wrong with my Chrysler Pacifica 2018. He also was very kind and helping me with the tow truck and giving me advice about the roadside assistance.

Bo was great! My service appointment was handled accurately and professionally. I don't normally bring my vehicles to the dealer because of the added cost associated with them, but they're no more expensive and the appointments are always handled perfectly!
Brian Guest was super helpful, from checking me in to answering various questions I had, to keeping me posted while I was waiting. He also immediately recognized I have a mobility van, a first for me. Definitely would rate him 10/10.
