I dealt with Doug in new car sales. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We purchased our vehicle after negotiating an "out the door price" that we liked and felt comfortable with. After 2 years of issues, the Service Department Manager (Bob) and Luke the New Car Sales Manager, finally came true, to all the issues since I bought the 2020 Gladiator.in around November 2019.
