Fantastic buying experience I went in with a unique financial situation and wanted to just see if a new vehicle was feasible. I worked with David Cooper and he was utterly fantastic in working with the numbers and finding me exactly what I was looking for. Working with the finance team, I was not pressured at all to purchase any additional warranties and such. This was a very pleasant purchasing experience and would be back again the next time I need a vehicle.

Excellent experience After 2 years of research I finally took the plunge to buy a jeep. I found the exact one I was looking for online (as I am not a fan of walking into dealerships). I made the online inquiry and was called immediately by Ken Gilliam who was extremely friendly and helpful. I really wanted to buy it without going into dealership, lol. Hassle Free Came in with a tire light/ slow tire leak. I had to arrive early because of my work and Tom greeted me and got me checked in for Brenda. My tire was covered under my roadside/ tire hazard warranty so when Brenda called me that the vehicle was done, all I had to do when I came back was sign my paperwork and I was on my way.

Sheryl Falco was a joy I special ordered a Renegade Trailhawk, which took a while to be built in the Factory in Italy and then to ship. Sheryl kept me in the loop the whole time and when I checked in by email she always got right back to me. The finance guy got me an excellent interest rate as well. Unfortunately I do not recall his name. All in all a great car buying experience. I say this as a guy who has found previous car buying experiences much less pleasant.
